Debbie Vermond
Debbie is a researcher working in Niek de Wit’s research group in the Julius Center at the University Medical Center Utrecht. During her masters in biomedical sciences, vitality and ageing, and science communication, she developed an interest for the combination of the social and (bio)medical sciences. Her main research focus is on collaborating, communicating and/or learning on and across boundaries in the medical domain (e.g. the boundaries between different medical disciplines or specialties, or the physical boundaries in terms of region or country). From that interest, she is involved in the CanTest Network Analysis project.
